Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte (NC)
Home2 Suites by Hilton is a compelling and breakthrough alternative to the mid-scale, extended-stay marketplace, designed for modern business travelers and extended stay guests. Located in the elegant Piper Glen area of South Charlotte, adjacent to Ballantyne Corporate Park and Stonecrest shopping center, this new development is scheduled to open in 2018. Guests experience easy access to technology, inviting community spaces, and trademark Home2 Suites amenities standard in all properties.
Courtyard by Marriott Dilworth (NC)
Located adjacent to the historic neighborhood of Dilworth in Charlotte, NC, this 135-room Courtyard by Marriott is slated to open in early 2020. With a design element focused on the surrounding communities of Dilworth and South End, ample amenities focused on the everyday traveler such as a 1000-sqft gym, and a rooftop bar located seven stories above street level with a view of uptown Charlotte, we hope to bring much needed hospitality flavor to a part of Charlotte lacking in lodging.
Hyatt House Rea Farms (NC)
Our partnership with Lincoln Harris at Rea Farms is the newest addition to our rapidly expanding portfolio. At 135 rooms, Hyatt House will be a part of a 188 acre mixed-use development located off Providence Rd in a prominent South Charlotte region. Planned to open in 2019, Hyatt House is paving the way for extended-stay markets, with feature amenities such as the H bar, outdoor patio and grilling area, and a diverse amount of retail and restaurants within steps of the hotel.
Best Western Plus Pineville (NC)
A stone’s throw from the major banking centers of Charlotte, NC, the Best Western Plus Pineville was purchased by OmShera in 2012 and underwent a multi-millor dollar renovation of its public spaces and guest rooms. Highly rated, this 95-room TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence winner is located in close proximity to Ballantyne Corporate Park, Honeywell and Siemens, as well as the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
Wingate Raleigh Durham (NC)
Recipient of the 2015 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, the 85-room Wingate by Wyndham Raleigh Durham was purchased by OmShera in late 2013 and extensively renovated in 2014-2015. Located just five minutes from Raleigh Durham International Airport, the hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service and easy access to North Carolina State University.
Best Western – O’Hare International Airport (IL)
Acquired in late 2014, the Best Western at O’Hare in Rosemont is currently undergoing a major renovation. From the guest suites and common areas to the surrounding grounds, OmShera is working closely with Best Western to implement an array of improvements at this 141-room property. Located less than three miles from Chicago’s O’Hare International, the hotel is in close proximity to Allstate Arena and the corporate offices of Proctor & Gable and Philips International.
